Coaching cycles are great if you want on-going coaching, support, and feedback while you are implementing new teaching methods and strategies in your classroom. Now, when you try out new things with your students and you feel something isn’t quite working; you don’t have to figure it out alone. When questions come up, we can meet and get those questions answered; so you can keep moving forward. When you feel stuck and don’t know what to do next; we can work together to find solutions. Because the ultimate goal is to grow those amazing readers and writers in your classroom. Right?

How Does It Work?

Each cycle includes ONE FREE Getting Started Call and ONE Zoom meeting with Desiree per week.

• Book your sessions by selecting a time slot on my coaching calendar and complete your purchase. Receive a confirmation email with an online survey.
• Please complete the survey at least 48 hours before the Coaching Cycle begins. You choose the topic or focus for our coaching meetings by completing an online survey.
• Here is a list of topics, Desiree has supporting literacy teachers in to get your creative juices flowing. If there is a topic you would like to discuss that is not on the list; please email me.

• I will review your survey and make an action plan to best support you on our Zoom call. If I need any additional materials, PDF’s, or photos from you to prepare for our coaching sessions, I will send you a follow up email.
• Also, if I feel it would be beneficial for you to bring any materials to our coaching session such as: student work, conference note-taking forms, curricular units, checklists, rubrics, lesson plans etc; I will let you know prior to our Zoom call.
