If you're looking to start a low-stress microschool or homeschooling business that lights you up, transforms the traditional way of doing school, and gives you the freedom and flexibility you want, — then the Start Up Plan Challenge is for you!
When I started planning my microschool and homeschool hybrid program in February 2023, I had no idea where to start either.
I tutored, offered literacy coaching, and sold teaching resources on TeachersPayTeachers but that is not the same as starting a microschool.
But I never stop dreaming. I did a whole lot of research and asked a ton of questions. About a month later, I picked my location and starting marketing without a website or social media yet.
BEFORE we officially open the doors, I enrolled 7 new learners. Now we're on Year 2 with almost a full class of 12 learners, hiring new teachers and making plans to open up a 2nd classroom.
If I can do this, you can too!
