Let’s continue our little mini series on conferring schedules by talking about 2 really important keys to conferring success. There are two things you’ll want to include in your weekly conferring schedule that will help you identify your learners individual needs quickly and give you designated time.
Time for what you may ask?
You want to have some time set aside for any conferences or small groups you couldn’t get to earlier in the week or additional ones you need to add into your schedule based on what your learners need. The two keys to conferring success are: observing students and buffer time.
