We're going to talk about one of my favorite topics – classroom layout. Think of your classroom as the stage where all the magic happens. Get this right, and everything from transitions to daily activities flows smoother. Plus, it makes your space welcoming and accessible to everyone.
A great layout helps reduce chaos, supports better behavior management, and can even cater to diverse learning needs. Kids feel confident moving around and choosing their own learning spots. It’s all about making them feel at home in their learning environment.
So in this episode, I'm going to share some layout ideas for a one room schoolhouse or multiple rooms for your microschool or homeschool hybrid.
