Pull off the most memorable Black History celebration that your children, families, and community will remember for years to come!

January 22-27

Hey, we're the McGee-Greene Family!

Yes, it is possible to pull off an amazing Black History celebration, even a skit performance! But we understand, you might be thinking:

  • It’s hard trying to come up with new, creative ideas.
  • What details should I plan?
  • There just isn’t enough time in the day to practice the skit.
  • How do I make it a fun, memorable experience for kids?
  • I don’t think I can pull this off by myself without help.
  • How do I promote the celebration to get more people excited to attend?

We hear you loud and clear. Which is why we created this Planning Week for you. With our 6-step planning roadmap and fun memorable lessons, games and activities; pulling off a Black History skit celebration will be so much easier.

If you are a teacher, administrator, church leader, youth leader, homeschool co-op, or anyone who wants to do a Black History celebration... this Planning Week is for you.

Planning week will allow us to connect and walk through each step to pull off a successful Black History celebration. It will also give you time to check items off that to-do list of yours. And walk away with lessons, games, and activities to make your celebration even more memorable.

Well... that's exactly what's waiting for you inside of the Black History Celebration Planning Week!

Hi! I'm Desirée ❤

I'm a wife, homeschool Mama, microschool builder, and literacy coach. I've been an educator for the past 19 years. I have written 5 of my very own Black History skits for elementary or secondary students.

I've done a Black History skit celebration with my 2nd graders for 3 straight years. And I just love to teach Black History all year long with our microschool learners.

I have a passion for using fun and engaging lessons, games and activities in my classroom to bring Black History to life for my students. I've learned so much through trial and error over the years and I love sharing the strategies that have worked for me.

I founded Black History All-Star Skits in 2019, and love connecting with educators and parents to help reduce the stress and overwhelm in planning the most memorable Black History celebration that children, families and the community will remember for years to come.

Hear what one of my 2nd grade parents had to say after they saw their daughter perform my Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks skits!

Check out the reaction this 4th grade teacher
received from families after planning my Rosa Parks skit:

SO WHAT DOES PLANNING WEEK LOOK LIKE?

Planning week will take place inside of our private Facebook Group called “The Most Memorable Black History Skit Celebration”.

I will walk you through the 6-Step Black History Skit Roadmap. This will be your step-by-step guide to pull off the most memorable Black History skit celebration even if you've never done a skit performance before.

During Planning Week, you'll start checking items off that to-do list of yours; so your learners are ready to put on a show-stopping performance that their families and the community will remember for years to come.

There will be a combo of LIVE Q & A and pre-recorded video training. You can show up live or watch the replay at a time that works for you. You will be able to ask questions; so I can answer them LIVE.

Don't miss this opportunity to get a huge jump start on planning your soon-to-be most memorable Black History celebration!
