1. COPYRIGHT

CONTENT:  All content (videos, workbooks, course written content, audio, teacher resources, and otherwise) is the sole property of Desirée McGee-Greene.  Students enrolled in any video series, boot camp, challenge, course or membership (free or paid) may view, print, download, and consume content as directed to do so.  This content may not be shared with outside parties. To do so will lead to removal from the video series, boot camp, challenge, course or membership and possible further legal action.  

COURSEWORK:  The guides, workbooks, templates, and worksheets included in the content are incredibly valuable to your success.  Print them out and work through them but do not share them with another party.  To do so is in clear violation of these terms and conditions.  You may share your completed course work with a business partner, employee, literacy coach, or administrator, but distributing course content is grounds for legal action. 

ACCOUNT SECURITY:  Your account is your own and may not be shared with another person (yep, that includes your teacher bestie, literacy coach, or administrator).

Literacy Teacher Greatness does not retain login information and might not be able to assist you in re-entering your account should you have trouble doing so.  We are not privy to your sensitive login information for security reasons, though we are able to provide you a link to reset your Searchie password should you forget it.

IMAGES AND ARTWORK: All images, video, graphics, and artwork shown in this platform is either 1) owned by, photographed by, or created by Desirée McGee-Greene.  If Desirée McGee-Greene does not hold the copyright for any media it shall be credited as such.  

2. Community Guidelines

If your video series, boot camp, challenge, course or membership includes a Facebook community group, it’s important that this community feel safe, secure, and trusting.  It’s nearly impossible to learn and be open when you feel unsafe.  To this end, we take the health of our community VERY seriously.  

Failure to comply may result in removal from the community. 

Let’s keep this place positive, uplifting, and welcoming to all!  A few house rules:

3. PRIVACY POLICY: We work to encourage healthy interactions between all students/members and ensure the safety of individual students/members as they express themselves.

– Dream Teacher Business or Black History All-Star Skits may not publicly share any past and current students’/members’ personal information, posts, or comments shared within Searchie, Free Facebook Groups, or Dream Teacher Business™ Facebook Group without explicit written consent from all parties.

– Past and current students/members may not publicly share any personal information, posts, or comments shared within Searchie, the Dream Teacher Business Facebook Group without explicit written consent from all parties.

– No email or social media direct message correspondence between past and current students/members and Desirée McGee-Greene may be shared publicly unless with explicit written consent from all parties.

Violation of our privacy policy will result in immediate termination of the student/member’s course/membership access and the student/member will be removed from the respective Facebook Group. 

4. TERMS OF USE ON DIGITAL RESOURCES: All resources purchased in our Black History Store can not be copied, duplicated, shared or changed without the consent of the author. If you have other family members, friends, or colleagues who would like the resource; we do ask that you respect our work and ask them to go to our website and purchase their own copy. Or you can purchase additional downloads for multiple teachers.

5. REFUNDS ON DIGITAL RESOURCES: After you purchase a digital resource in our store, you will receive a confirmation email with the download link. Therefore, due to the fact that you will receive the digital downloads immediately after purchase; there are no refunds on digital resources.

6. REFUNDS ON PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: I want you to be so happy and fulfilled by this boot camp, challenge, and/or membership (Conferring All-Star Teacher™Membership).  In order to do so, please make your best effort to review and absorb the content.  It is designed for your success!  

However, if you feel the boot camp, challenge, or membership isn’t for you, here’s how to proceed: 

BOOT CAMPS/CHALLENGES: In the event you decide the bootcamp or challenge is not the right decision for you, a refund can be requested. You may withdraw within 3 days of the boot camp/challenge start date.

COURSES:   In the event you decide the Conferring All-Star Teacher™ Course is not the right decision for you, you may request to withdraw from this course within 7 days of the course start date (by the 7th day at 11:59 PM EST). 

After day 7, we will give all students access to the downloadable teacher resources. Therefore, once the teacher resources have been added to the course, we will no longer be able to issue a refund. We do not issue partial refunds.  All payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 7 days and with the required one core module completed at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

For the Conferring All-Star Teacher Course:
All refunds after the 7-day period are discretionary as determined by Desirée McGee-Greene or members of her team. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know by contacting my support team directly: supportkids@tasktosuccess.com  

Free Content: no refund will be given for free content. 

Memberships: You may cancel your membership to the Dream Teacher Business™ Membership at any time. All memberships will renew automatically based on your subscription plan. If you wish to cancel your membership, please send an email to Barbara McGee at supportkids@tasktosuccess.com, 7 days before your renewal/billing date. Otherwise you will be charged for the following month or year.

If you purchase the yearly membership you have 7 days to make your final decision. Any member who purchases the Yearly Conferring All-Star Teacher™ Membership and realizes it’s not for them may cancel within the first 7 days for a complete refund.

Now, for the monthly membership plan.

Due to the nature of the program and that we give access to all of the content immediately, we don’t have a refund policy when you pay monthly. But you can cancel your membership anytime. 

Once you have cancelled you will no longer have access to your Member Page nor any content in the Dream Teacher Business™ Membership.
